Do You Deliver Nationwide?
Most of our vendors offer local delivery only. Delivery to your address can be found at checkout or you can contact the vendor by clicking on the "Inquiry" button on the vendor page.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Customers can expect to receive their orders the same day of placing the order or within the selected time slot. In some cases it could take longer depending on the availability of the item, please check this with the vendor using the "Inquiry" button on the vendor page.

How Do I Track My Order?
Orders can be tracked by the order tracking details provided by the vendor. Not all vendors provide tracked delivery, you can always ask the vendor by clicking the "Ask a Question" button below product details.
How Can I Return a Product?
Go to your order history and select the item. Discuss the issue with the seller and see possible solutions. If you can’t come to an agreement after contacting the seller, simply raise a claim by opening a dispute within 14 days following the delivery of your order.
